Lead Paint Rule update
The EPA has published the application and instructions for renovation firm certification. All remodeling companies that do projects in pre 1978 homes must be certified by April 2010. The process can take up to 90 days. Applications can be submitted beginning October 23, 2009. Here is the link to the application http://www.epa.gov/lead/pubs/toolkits.htm
